Mint Properties, LLC is a local company that owns and manages a wide variety of apartments in Minneapolis and St. Paul.  Since its founding in 1994, Mint Properties has grown from owning a single four-plex in the Summit Hill neighborhood to dozens of properties in the urban heart of the Twin Cities. Our portfolio includes hundreds of floor plans, with styles from many different eras—our oldest property was built in 1891!
